The parent fund is European Capital Limited which is incorporated in Guernsey and listed on the London Stock Exchange. The share price shown on the home page is for European Capital Limited. The Directors of European Capital Limited are responsible for its investment objectives, policies and activities including the review of investment activity and performance.

European Capital S.A. SICAR

European Capital S.A. SICAR is a direct wholly owned subsidiary of European Capital Limited and is the vehicle used to invest in equity and equity related instruments including warrants, convertible bonds, loan notes and other shareholder debt. It is incorporated in Luxembourg.

ECAS S.à.r.l

ECAS S.à.r.l is a direct wholly owned subsidiary of European Capital S.A. SICAR and is the vehicle used to invest in debt investments which qualify for funding under the groups revolving bank facility. It is incorporated in Luxembourg.

ECAS II S.à.r.l

ECAS II S.à.r.l is a direct wholly owned subsidiary of European Capital S.A. SICAR and is the vehicle used to invest in debt investments which do not qualify for funding under the groups revolving bank facility. It is incorporated in Luxembourg.
